Required PHP freelancer for Web Developer needed that can work with Joomla or Drupal job

I need an experienced web developer for this project and establish a long-term relationship as I run a hosting and a web design company. The developer must be positive, optimistic, and excited about life. The developer must have skills other than WordPress preferable Joomla, Drupal, ExpressionEngine, TextPattern, Radiant CMS, Cushy CMS, SilverStripe, etc. Most important Joomla and Drupal.

Development of an interactive site with so many things going on at the same time. The site will have digital sales and online training hub where candidates will be accessed and have their KPI calculated through their various course works. The main training will be base on mentoring and eWork experience.


The site will have five different client categories:

1. Digital Analytics
2. Digital Marketing
3. Web & App Development
4. Digital and Business Services
5. Training Institute

The five categories have several sub-categories as well.
