Required Website Design,Website Development,Graphic Design freelancer for Webflow Expert! for a a new Startup Design agency job

Hi,

I am creating a new Design agency, focusing mainly on Flat design. I am creating the team first and so far I have a excellent UI designer. Now I need someone who can turn those UI designs into a reality. I chose Webflow because I myslef know how to use it and made a living freelancing off it, but I need someone to take over that role why I start managing and marketing the agency to grow it. I specifically will focus on flat designs with animations throughout the page, you should be well versed in the new webflow 2.0 interactions, I will be attaching some work which will be relevant to what work will need to be developed on Webflow. If you have experience in Wordpress even better as I know not all clients would like Webflow. As for the payment I put a placeholder for now as I don't know if you would like a payment based per project or per hour.
