I'm looking to for someone that can assist me on as a by hour/by project basis that is confident in their Wordpress & design skills.
**ABOUT ME & MY BUSINESS**
My business is Wild Spirit Development, I'm located in Colorado, USA. I'm a website developer that focuses on Wordpress websites using Divi as a theme. I've been in business for 2 years, and looking now to upscale my business and work with more clients but provide the same quality service to each one. I provide a custom experience for all of my, and I work very 1:1 with my clients - as I like to call co-designing. However, to scale I do need to be able to increase my productivy but not compromise the quality of what I provide. The way I can do this is by increasing my output with another designer or an asssitant that I can hand off tasks to, or take on full projects.
Some general tasks I would be handing off would be the following (but not limited to)
- 'Please go through this list of client edits, and make the changes on the website - if anything doesn't make sense, make a note and then I can discuss with the client'
- Create a blog site with a home page, blog template with Lorium Ipsum text, and stock photos.
- Mobile optimize website after desktop design is final
- Link check & site testing
& more as more tasks come up.
**CURRENT CLIENT DEMOGRAPHIC**
Most of my clients are women business owners, ranging from business coaches to e-commerce, to service providers. Also looking to move into more contractors (plumbers, roofers, construction), etc.
**WHO I'M LOOKING FOR**
I'm open to working with someone who is in the beginning stages of their freelancing, and open to learning, as well as someone that is more experienced but still wants to grow some. I'm all for teaching and sharing knowledge (even if it's mutual learning)
- Knowledgable of Divi (you don't have to be an expert, but know how to build a site from scratch, and not using default templates)
- Complete mobile optimization, and responsive delivery to client
- Basics of troubleshooting a Wordpress website, ie: deactivate plugins, etc.
- Know the basics of CSS, or know how to figure it out
- Self-starter
- Resourceful (knows how to use Google, but not dependant on it)
- Open communication between both of us, if there is a way you recommend going about something be open and talk about it.
- Friendly :)
- Fluent in english
This could lead to a long term working relationship, as now I'm just trying to scale and more work is coming into my door.
I will share some of my past projects once you shortlisted, so you can get an idea of my style, and type of previous clients I have had.
