Required Contract Drafting,software development,software development freelancer for Wholesale / "Professionals" TOS contract development (Health & Beauty) job

I'm looking for someone to prepare a few contracts for our company to cover a few avenues of sale we're considering.

I have a number of existing contracts on hand with highlights to specific regions that I am interested in consolidating into a single agreement. There are some points that I would like to discuss with you so that they're also covered effectively.

Beyond this, it would be great if you could offer some suggestions as well based on your experience with contract development / refinement of this type.

At this stage, we're looking for:

1. Wholesale agreement
2. Beauty 'professionals' agreement
3. Distributor agreement (possibly)
4. 'Select' customer program agreement (possibly)
