Looking for someone to configure WooCommerce Table Rate Shipping. It is currently setup in a certain way, but will need to make some changes in order to get the order totals correct given different classes and shipping areas by postcode/zipcode.
What we need it to do is:
1) Charge a flat rate for a certain product class (other) which is added to the total irrespective of shipping zone
2) Charge different per item rate for 2 other product classes given different shipping zones
3) Allow for mixing and matching where the flat rate is added to the total per item rate (i.e. an order rate) based on (1) & (2) above.
Use Case:
User adds ProductXYZ to cart (class=other) ... flat rate shipping @ $15.00 (irrespective of number of items)

Users adds 4x Product123 to cart (class=123) ... per-item rate @ $10.00 to $20.00 (depending on shipping zone)
+
Users adds 4x ProductABC to cart (class=ABC) ... per-item rate @ $15.00 to $25.00 (depending on shipping zone)
User enters shipping postcode/zipcode (3000) ....
1x $15.00 flat rate for class=other ($15.00) +
4x $10.00 for class=123 ($40.00) +
4x $15.00 for class=ABC ($60.00)
= Total Shipping: $115.00
