There's a Wordpress plugin called 'Advanced Custom Fields' which allows you to enter field values for pages, posts, etc. For example, we might have a field name hotel_score and value 6.6.

We want to convert this to JSON-LD markup. We can do this manually, e.g.

'aggregateRating' : {
'@type' : 'AggregateRating',
'ratingValue' : '6.6',
'bestRating' : '10',
'worstRating' : '1'
} ,

But we're looking to automate this, so the ratingValue of '6.6' would have to be replaced with a field value from 'Advanced Custom Fields' plugin.
