Reliable Education are a private company based in Australia that provides training and support to a world-wide audience who want to learn how to sell products on Amazon's platform. We have a tight-knit community of like-minded professional students from over 30 countries and a body of high-quality business education inside our Academy.
We are looking for a 'stand out from the crowd' individual to join our amazing globally based Support Team providing world class service to our prospective and current students.
Honesty and integrity are at our core and we genuinely want all our students to succeed.
We also encourage our students to self serve which helps them on their entrepreneurial journey.
With this in mind we need to expand our Support Team, in particular we are looking for a new Team Member so that our Support coverage is maximised.
Home based customer service/sales via email Some telephone support required at times Answering student and prospective student emails Maintaining/following processes for student approval Maintaining and updating existing Google Spreadsheets/docs Working inside our software that manages our sales funnel Maintaining our online Academy with new descriptions/lessons Training new members of the team when necessary Tracking payments Assisting with moderating our Private Facebook group Assisting with data collection for our Marketing Flexible position with a view to more hours where necessary/if the role develops
Skills Needed (Required)
World class customer service (with our core values at heart) Marketing experience/skills Excellent organisational skills Understanding of sales techniques Knowledge of email marketing Ability to adapt to new platforms/apps that we integrate to our business Understanding of Slack Understanding of Asana Google Docs/Sheets knowledge Data Collection Excellent time management skills Be able to work on own initiative Be able to work to a process with having an understanding of when to customize English as a first language with excellent written skills Able to work within a global team (via Zoom) Excellent interpersonal skills A knowledge of Amazon preferred but not essential Management skills Attention to detail Must have fast and reliable internet connection

We are offering full training including one-on-one online meetings, with our full Academy content available to the right candidate.
