Fast-growing Silicon Valley company is looking for Operations Generalists. We offer you a full-time remote job with zero commuting to work. Your schedule is flexible - only you control your hours.

About the role

1. Ensure that all items are invoiced and paid on time
2. Build and maintain relationships with clients
3. Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results
4. Plan in-house or off-site activities
5. Organize office operations and procedures
6. Resolve administrative problems and inquiries
7. Work effectively with key support functions (Finance and HR)
8. Contribute to team projects to develop, and refine our Account Management

We provide training and mentorship for all Ops Generalist who join the team.


What we are looking for

You are encouraged to apply if you have a bachelor's degree (or equivalent) and have the following qualities:

1. Comfortable with ambiguity
2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
3. Strong analytical and quantitative capabilities
4. A deep-seated love of science, technology, and numbers
5. You know what it is like to start something from scratch, grow it structurally and methodically
6. Extremely organized and a skilled multi-tasker

You must be willing to work remotely. Expect talented, motived, intense, and interesting coworkers.
