We need to hire an external consultant who would be able to build and customize the CRM needs for our customers.
the candidate should be able to create reports such as:
1. Implementation of Sales blueprint including Lead Generation, Opportunity creation and conversion, etc.
2. Contact Management as per the business's different segments (discussed in meeting)
3. Automatic Reporting and Analytics a. Number of Opportunities each month
b. Total quotes, lost, won, invoiced, cashed, etc.. (monthly)
c. Channel partners, respective locations and projects signed (monthly)
d. Leads generated for CDN with different channels (Weekly)
e. Analytics on leads/opportunities lost (monthly)
f. Sales incentive automated reports (monthly)
g. KPI on employee's activities and scope of activity (type or function of activity) weekly
4. Basic marketing functions for Security Engineering in sending out invitation cards, holiday greetings, or newsletters to partners, in addition to Facebook posts (no engagement or management is needed)
5. Marketing for the company on social media, generating leads from Facebook, creating action-driven decisions with automated reminders on lead follow up and lead conversion
6. Cross-Selling business between Company units city (the example of both companies handling one account and how to handle it) this should have a workflow to be discussed
7. Possibility of integrating with our local server projects management to create new client once the opportunity is signed
8. Sales Inbox and relating email conversations to opportunities or leads
9. Ability to create automatic data-driven decisions or suggestions from ZOHO on certain scenarios
