I am the founder and CEO of a marketing agency and have a potential client that will first need a solid audit of his Zoho CRM. He runs several companies and just wants us to review his Zoho account and make sure everything is running well and properly. If there are any tweaks or adjustments that need to be made we need to identify them and inform him. The follow-up to this could be additional work making repairs/updates/changes to the Zoho CRM database, if applicable.
