ABOUT ME

I have been a Quality Assurance Analyst for 2 companies for quiet a time. I ensure that the final data observes the company's standards. I am responsible for the development and implementation of quality data output before submitting to the client. In general, I handle all detail-oriented part of the operations and inspect the daily activities of people under my bucket to ensure that guidelines are being followed and delivery of satisfactory outcome is achieved on a daily, monthly and quarterly basis. I am also adept in Transcription jobs. I create detailed written version of any audio recordings, conversations, meetings, podcasts and etc. I make sure that the transcribed words are grammatically correct. I'm very familiar with liaisons and any accents therefore I am accurate in my transcription projects.
