o Process of special procurement subcontracting and consignment PO.

o Executing Purchase orders in SAP based on the Purchase requisition (PR) and placing the same with vendors through Portals & EDI and E-mails
(Templates). Sharing the order placed details and ETA for orders with customers.

o Creating a Performa invoice and sales organization through SAP based on customer
o Punching the sales order in SAP
o Co-ordinate with sales to get the payments and revised lpo’s.
o Once GRN done then move to the credit and quality Check.
o Meeting the target metrics set by the client on daily basis
o Sharing the quality metrics of the team to the leads on daily basis
o Once order got released sharing license and commercial invoice to sales
o Analysing the process on daily basis and documenting the new scenario the policy team as well as for clients
