I have a strong communication and problem solving abilities. With 4 years experience in customer service and always recognized for having a proactive spirit and enthusiasm that inspires the team to great levels of excellence. I always manage to have a positive mindset which helps me a lot on having a productive and efficient service. I'm a chat support agent handling complaint, inquiries, request and followup thru social media platform. I create reports via case using a web tool application. I also do sales thru offering our telco products and services via social media ( FB & Twitter). I track customer's details who agreed to my offers and endorse them to our online telesales. Part of my job is also sending daily, weekly and monthly report to our client. I also trade stocks and am a full time trader right now.
