ABOUT ME
I currently work at the University of Toronto as a copyeditor for their weekly newspaper, The Medium. Under strict time constraints, and in addition to my demands as an Environmental Science (HBSc) major, I'm expected to fact-check and make structural, technical, and grammatical edits, sifting through with a fine-tooth comb for outstanding errors, before publication. I'm interested in a diverse range of topics and disciplines and have completed a minor in professional writing & communication at the University of Toronto Mississauga after tutoring Literacy/English for four years prior and working as an editor throughout my undergraduate career. I have a polished and magical appreciation for the written word - one that allows me to prepare digestible and engaging content for a diverse demographic.
