I believe that data management is a very critical requirement in one's business, weather if it is just a small or big enterprise. Having a well-managed raw data and information is one of any business' strength. Through data and information business owners or managers can make a reliable decision towards the progress of their businesses.

With my 4 years of work experience in workforce management, I have already observe the importance of having a reliable data management and analysis. As a forecaster in WFM, I create and provide volume forecast. The number i provide is always and must have a basis. What are my basis? It could be from historical data or actual volume happened from the past considerable length of time. It could be from current trends, promotions or business changes. Final volume forecast will be use in WFM Capacity Planning, where I need to create a plan considering important data, such as attrition, shrinkage, occupancy, and other resources. With the data I have on my plan, I can now determine the business future state. And from there, I can now provide recommendations that are needed in upper management's critical decision. Having organized and reliable set of data can also provide information in terms of business' cost and revenue.

With that experience, and realization of data management importance I fell in love with it. So what I can offer and provide you is my reliable dedication in gathering, cleaning, transforming, and modeling data to discover useful information for your business decision-making.

As I also mentioned versatility, I may have expertise in data management I can also help you with other tasks that you might need help with. I always believe that life is a journey of continuous self improvement.
