ABOUT ME
I am a Food and Beverage Supervisor with more than 20 years of experience onboard cruise ships. I am also a former Parole and Probation officer in the Philippines. While both jobs maybe vastly different from each other, they have become instrumental in the development of my writing and speaking skills in English. Onboard cruise ships, I socialize and serve guests mostly from North America and other international guests. I also supervise food outlets manned by a very multinational crew. From my days as probation officer, I write and develop reports in English to be submitted to judicial courts relative to granting clients' application for parole and probation. Thus my writing and speaking skills in English can be best described as very good to excellent. I have basic writing and conversational skills in Spanish, Italian, Russian and Japanese. Due to my vast travel history, I naturally adapted myself to photography and the attendant skills such as photo-video editing. I have some of my photography works cited in internationally-sponsored photo competitions. Overall, I can engage in work related to writing and similar communication format as well as photo and graphics works.
