I'm well-experienced customer service representative. I have been in the customer service industry for almost 10 years. I've worked through different companies like real estate, advertising agency, retail shop and BPO. Over the years I have developed my skills and expand my capabilities. I have experience with administrative task such as working as a receptionist and accustomed working with the recruitment team. I'm definitely fit for the job since I can do voice and non-voice customer service, particularly email/chat support. I may not have experience in freelancing, but I am more than willing to learn.
