ABOUT ME

I used to work with Accenture Mumbai as a Process Associate and got opportunity to work in two different projects. First was Facebook, as an analyst of facebook profiles.Then I got the chance to work for Equinix as a QSS, handling special clients from Verizon, after Equinix acquired Verizon data centers in April 2017. Equinix provides collocation and interconnections (such as cloud exchange, cross connect etc) to the client to setup their servers in data centers. In that project I was a quote support specialist, who creates quotes/proposals through internal system (Siebel database) and deliver it across to Sales rep to deliver it to the customer. And once the proposal is approved, I complete the order processing via internal system.
Roles and responsibilities :- Enable the sales team to increase productivity by assuming pre-sales research and managing quote creation-to-bookings process. Responsible for creating and delivering sales quotes by configuring quotes and submitting internal service requests
through internal systems. Troubleshoot internal systems in order to drive timely and accurate sales quote creation.Act as liaison to Sales, Revenue Operations and Customer Care.
