• Gathering and eliciting clear and definite project requirements from the client.
• Discussing the requirement with the technical team for estimation, to clear doubts regarding requirement/technical dependencies and mitigate risks by writing proper assumptions and scope of work outlines.
• Interface with clients and gain an understanding of the requirements/processes through meeting and discussion.
• Prepare and review the requirement analysis as well as functional specification documents.
• Prepare all the presales documentation with requirement elicitation and scope analysis.
• Capturing business requirement in the form of Business Requirement Documentation.
• Offer advice/suggestions to customers from technical and functional aspects based on past experiences.
• Experience in wireframing. Used tools like balsamic, lucidchart for mockups
• After requirement understanding, analysis and elicitation should be able to prepare Project Scope of work, BRD, Visual mock-up/click though Wire-frame, Visual/Functional Diagrams, proposal, etc. in a structured format.
• Understand Software Applications developed and provide demonstrations to the client if required.
Prepare standard collateral for case studies, application manuals, demonstration scripts
