• Created the MIS department from scratch for UKR by identifying data , cleansing it and developing dashboards, MIS/Finance reports and adhoc reports. • Identified Businesss/Financial KPI and developed Dashboard to monitor regularly performance of the Company. This included Target vs Actuals for sales and cost of the company • Perform adhoc analysis like trend analysis, breakeven analysis and Deal mix Study and provide recommendations to management for decision support. • Developed financial models to formulate strategies/Deal Mix • Created processes and controls for efficient operations • Analyzed and optimized the incentive calculation for Sales Staff • Developed a new CRM system using Google forms and Excel along with reports
