Highly trained in drafting contracts that are accurate, complete and exact. Also engaged in proactive contracts management for improved contractual visibility, efficiency, economics, risk minimization, control, and operational performance.

Currently engaged in drafting and abstraction of Leases, Contract drafting, management and review and legal research.
