ABOUT ME

I’m currently working for a Hotel establishment in the Philippines holding a managing position. I have been in the Hospitality industry for 9 years as I write this. I have an intermediate knowledge in Finance and Accounting aspects, not to mention my solid experiences in Hotel Operations which I acquired throughout my years of working in different Hotels in the Philippines under different key operational divisions and departments. Prior to that, I worked for Teleperformance under Hilton Worldwide account as a Hotel Reservations Specialist for various Hotel brands of Hilton Group of Hotels, in which I underwent and competitively attained international training, facilitated by certified guest service professionals. In addition, I also worked for more than 3 fruitful years in one of the renowned Hotels in Ortigas, Astoria Plaza Hotel, as a Senior Front Office Associate and was once a Senior Reservations Officer from the same Hotel. I have acquainted myself with a range of skills that would allow me to blend in with any organization. I honed my ability during the aforementioned span in all aspects of Front Office Operations including Front Desk Operations or Guest Relation, Reservations and Telephone Exchange and other Customer Service related operations.
