ABOUT ME

I worked in the firm of arch. Cesar V. Canchela and associated architects (Philippines) from 1990 to 2005 as senior architectural designer doing regular design services from;
1. schematic design phase
2. design development phase
3. contract documents phase
4. construction phase
5. post construction phase
of different bldg types such as residential, commercial, hospital, condominium/hotel, office bldg., socialized housing projects and interior fitout. 

I handled team of draftsman/designer including engineering design consultants to complete blue print plans, technical specifications, detailed estimate and bid documents. 

On my past experience, i joined on the different types of companies from design consultant, design and build contractor, real estate developer and property developer with designation as senior architectural designer, project manager/project architect and construction supervisor where my experience and skills may be recognized to fullest, so as to contribute to the growth and advancement of the company.
