Ex-Standing Counsel before Special Court of Economic Offences, Bangalore, Guest Lecturer to reputed law colleges. I am experienced lawyer having more tha 25 years of outstanding legal experience in India and Sultanate of Oman. I do possess varied litigation experience in civil, corporate, commercial, Insurance & banking sectors, Labour & employments, property disputes & litigations, matrimonial disputes & criminal matters. I am well versed in drafting, vetting & review of contracts, MOUs, Tender/s-RPFs, etc., provide legal supports in formation of company/s, indentpendent entities-proprietorship firms, LLC, JVs companies and provide legal supports in India and Sultanate of Oman
