ABOUT ME
I am a Professional Accountant, have a mature, dependable attitude to work and I can be trusted to do what I say and say what I mean. I always welcome any opportunity to add to my skills so would be happy to be trained for any position, I have been working as virtual assistant for over 4 years and most of the work I do is based around bookkeeping and Finalization of accounts. I am currently on-line most of the days as I’m searching a job, so can be available whenever needed. I won’t accept anything less than the best from myself and gain satisfaction from knowing I have done something well. I am a very quick learner, adding to my knowledge is important to me. My previous experience of Virtual Assistant, where I handled the following areas: - Perform onboarding process for new clients - Data Migration from one software to another Software - Finalization and annual closure of books - Ledger scrutiny - Intercompany GL Reconciliation - Set up chart of accounts - Preparation of Sales tax - Perform end of month process (Like-: Bank Reconciliation, Sales Reconciliation, Accrued and Prepaid GL Reconciliation, Review Financial Statements, Send Un-cleared Transactions Report and Other End of Month Queries) I have an strong knowledge of accounting softwares (Like-: Quickbooks online and offline, Xero, Restaurant365, M3, Sage, Compeat online and offiline)
