ABOUT ME

I was once a Library Assistant at the same University that I took my Degree by means that I also do the Librarian's work such as collaboration with different faculties to come up to a new set of Library collection and making sure at the same time that we'll be meeting the clients/patrons wants and needs. Market Researcher has become one of my titles as well. Where I have to complete a task by asking people's opinion, considering the call flow and policies/terms of each survey. The recent team I've been part of is I am on point of dealing with a lot of people every day, making sure that every concern/request will be fully taken care of while following the criteria of having quality and at the same time providing great members experience.
