ABOUT ME

1. Communicate with Buyer about sampling and production.
2. Making the yarn orders and dyeing orders individual styles wise.
3. Give instruction and direction to Sampling co-coordinator and Production Manager about sampling and production.
4. Making BOMS to individual styles
5.Arranging Production Samples for approval, Arrangement of new samples for buyer, procurement, Correspondence with Buyer, Checking the Quality/Design of products as per Buyers requirement & Change the construction of garment if necessary & take approval for same for Production friendly.

6. Shipment planning, Execution Timely delivery
7.Negotiable & follow up with vendor & accessories supplier
8.Ordering Fabrics & trims according to Style requirement & BOM &conform In-house in time before Production to achieve smooth flow in Production.
9. Regularly updating the buyer about production status & seeking approvals for various styles.
Coordinating with production dep’t.& updating them about various approvals received from buyer to ensure timely delivery.
10. Check material and labor reports for styles handled during the season for understanding of errors/wastages.
11. Developing a detailed time & action plan, & regularly monitoring the same through weekly status.
11. Coordinating with quality assurance team to ensure timely & routine inspection at different stages of production.
12. Handling all the necessary details to the production dept.
