ABOUT ME

Being the middle man between your company and clients, i understand the importance of helping to shape the impression and experiences your customers enjoy with your company. I do this in the following ways... 1. I apply my emotional intelligence which requires an understanding of human temperaments and knowing most customers call usually when there's an issue. By being empathetic towards their plight, i assuage them and assure them of a smooth resolution of said issue, thereby ensuring their satisfaction. 2. I endeavour to study and equip myself with a knowledge of products and/or service(s) rendered by your company, in order to give the right feedback to customers. I also ensure to know the standard "frequently asked questions" which arise when customers need support, so as to adequately and efficiently solve their problems. 3. I do not simply apologize, i also create a connection with the aggrieved/troubled or curious customer where necessary, especially when information is still being processed. I do this by asking customers for their names, engaging in small talk where there's a lag and they're being kept waiting etc.. In order for the customer not to feel irritated or become impatient, a shared connection helps them loosen up while i work on whatever issues they have at the same time. 4. I listen attentively to customer enquiries and complaints and only interrupt where necessary and by so doing, i can confidently understand what the issue is and proceed with a smooth resolution. 5. I act friendly in order to connect and help the customer ease into the conversation better. I also endeavour to use positive language and avoid being vulgar, crass or unprofessional. By showing respect and using the right words, the customer is guaranteed to gain confidence in my ability to solve their issues. I cap it off by expressing gratitude to them for their patience and willingness to seek help and for continued patronage. In conclusion; EXCELLENCE is my watch word. With a combination of all the aforementioned and more, coupled with your company's customer service tools, templates and software, i aim to provide an overall pleasant interaction for the customer, from start to finish. At the end of it all, i will leave them a hundred percent certain your company has their back.
