ABOUT ME
I am a Social Science graduate with less than a year of experience as an HR Manager in a local coffee shop in Batangas, Philippines. As HR manager. I was responsible for assuring that all our staffs' well-being are in optimal condition. I made sure that the good relationship between the management and staff is maintained by resolving conflicts, acknowledging their needs, and addressing their demands. I also managed the recruitment and selection process by interviewing applicants. Part of my duties was also overseeing the staff's payroll.
