I am a Call center Agent since 2013. I took up BS. Education Major in English, I have handled different accounts, such as Sprint, Direct TV, Transunion and the most recent is Airbnb. I was a Quality Analyst for Airbnb for a few months and was recommended to be part of Airbnb Risk and compliance Team as Customer Insight Analyst. I also handle my own team as a Team Coordinator.
