About Me

I’m currently heading the corporate legal vertical in India and is responsible for advising the management on group’s business, which includes supporting the business team on contracts and compliances, managing regulatory as well as other disputes/litigation, providing strategic inputs on legal and regulatory issues involved in development of solar power projects across India. I’ve a proven track record in successful negotiation of mutli- million dollar service & commercial contracts; ensure compliance and enforcement of terms.

I’ve significant experience in advising the stake holders on all aspects of business development, including regulatory issues with regards to power projects, investments in projects, PPAs, financing agreements, EPC and O&M contracts, land acquisition, statutory permits and consents, environment and labour welfare legislation and strategy for dispute resolution.
