My personal and academic interests are Gender, Sexuality, Women Empowerment, Educational Equity, Social Media and Theater. I have six plus years of professional work experience in teaching, training, consulting and research particularly within public, private and voluntary sectors. I am passionate about teaching, developing curriculum and creating content.
I have conducted short and long term research & training programs for organizational firms & educational institutions for over 15,000 individuals.
Currently I am associated with a leading research & training organization where I design & validate curriculum, coach students, corporate employees and conduct academic administrations.
Over the years, I have built expertise in using principles of experiential learning techniques using innovation and contextual application. This has facilitated me to build processes with ease and finesse, with noticeable long term behavioral changes.
