I'm writing to express my interest in Chat or Email Support position that you posted here. I am trainable, I have experience working on Emails and Chat as customer service and I know this skill would be helpful for me. I have been working with eBay for three years now. We are required to handle email and chat contacts for at least 10 hours and 30 minutes a day.
I have worked professionally and I helped a lot of our customers which in turn gave me a high evaluation survey. Experienced in Emails has taught me how to build strong relationships with all customers may it be a seller or a buyer in the platform.
I also have the ability to work within a team as well as cross-team. I can work to resolve some technical issues as well since our customers would sometimes contact us if they encountered an issue logging into the site. We will send a ticket to make sure that they will be able to sign in or not experience the same problem in the future.
