Was working for SPECIALIST SERVICES located at Dubai, UAE. as a LEAD STRUCTURAL DESIGNER from June 2006 till May 2016, Specialist Services is a British-managed company has focused on niche activities within a number of principal markets, namely marine, oil field, power and telecommunications. Its scope of works includes the detailed design, manufacture, outfitting, repair, installation and testing of specialist housing and living quarters for people, products or equipment. Worked for GOA SHIPYARD LTD., as a DESIGN ASSISTANT (DESIGN HULL). From September 2005 – June 2006 The Goa Shipyard Limited, located at Vasco-da-Gama, primarily builds small and medium size Naval vessels and repair/re-fit of ships/vessels. The company has undertaken construction/re-fit of variety of vessels for the Indian Navy and the coast guard as well as for the non-defense sector. Job profile:- • Preparation of Hull structural, seating, outfit, composite layout drawings. • Preparation of conceptual and detailed design and constructional drawings. • Preparation of interior layout drawings of ship. • Raising technical advice for procurement of Ships outfit items. • Ship calculations, estimation and all other ships related activities. • Co-ordination with classification societies, Govt. Authorities/Navy for Approval of Design and Drawings. • Interlaced with the Shipbuilding/Production floor activities. • All the Drawings prepared are by using mostly TRIBON M2 or using AutoCAD. • Various Packages known in Tribon M2 are a) Drafting Module b) Structure Module c) Planar Hull Module 3. Worked for Excel Glazing Systems Pvt.
