I am a native German speaker who was born and raised in Germany and I am currently living in the Philippines. Apart from German, I also have native fluency in English, Filipino, and Bisaya.
I have worked as a German-English customer service representative position for a Romanian company based in the Philippines where I have written, translated, proofread, and formulated emails, documents, and reports across multiple support platforms. I also handle outbound and inbound calls for German customers and assisted in customer account maintenance.
I have also been part of the HR department in which I interviewed and evaluated potential German applicants for the company.
I have strong interpersonal and communication skills and have been part of various leadership roles. Organization and efficiency are highly valued by me and I am always open to new opportunities.
My most recent experiences are interning at Seda Abreeza Hotels as an HR intern where I helped them with various human resource tasks such as in recruitment, character reference, hotel events and more. My experience was not just limited towards the Human Resource Department however, as I also got to assist with the Finance Department and Marketing Department whenever I was needed.
After finishing my internship at Seda, I then had my internship at Land Bank where I was mainly assigned with verification tasks and contacting clients. I also prepared abstracts and had tasks pertaining to customer checks and deposit and withdrawal slips.
Apart from my job and internship experiences, I have also represented my school in various events and contests, both at the local, regional, and national level, many of which I have won. I actively participate in my extracurriculars, as I am an officer in various school organizations and I have also been in many leadership positions before
