I have completed my NQF level 4 in Management ,Admin and sales management. i have done multiple courses over the course of 8 years including profit and loss, budget management, managing people for profit, health and safety, SAP, pastel and excel classes. I have 6 years + physical experience in the retail environment where i worked as a sales manager/admin manager and later i was promoted as a branch manager where i held my position for 4+ years
