ABOUT ME
As an Open CA Certified Solution Architect and AWS Certified Solutions Architect Professional, I perform business transformation by following a modified version of the TOGAF ADM. I typically engage senior stakeholders to obtain their strategic goals, concerns and business drivers, and fashion high-level requirements to deliver an Architecture Vision. Once this high-level architect direction is agreed and signed off, I would then produce an Architecture Definition (sometimes called a S.A.D. or Architecture Blueprint) which details all architecture domains, including Business, Information Systems (App & Data), Technology and Security architectures. I would then produce an architecture roadmap with milestones detailing a number of transitions architectures from Baseline to Target. All architectures come with Bronze Silver and Gold gradings, encapsulating cost, complexity and implementation factors. I have lead architecture teams, and deliver high priority and high business value architectures to enterprise clients to solve some of their most intractable business problems.
