ABOUT ME
I am a Software Test Engineer. I have more than three years of experience in software testing. So far, I have worked in two companies which are Sourcetrace and Exterro R&D.
I conduct manual testing on different software products, helping to improve their quality by identifying and reporting bugs. I actively participate in calls with developers and project managers to discuss issues and gather feedback on application functionality.
My role also involves supporting customers in the production environment, addressing their queries and issues. I check production environment logs and communicate with developers to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
Additionally, I provide demos to customers, showcasing the software's functionality, and contribute to user understanding by preparing user manuals for web and mobile applications across multiple projects. I am interested to work in a domain where I can directly influence the lives of People in a positive way.
