I am a commerce graduate having experience of around 24 years in Monthly closings, MIS, Preparation of Financial statements, Statutory and Internal Audits, Direct and Indirect Taxation, Income Tax/ Sales Tax/ Vat Transfer Pricing assessments, Payroll Management ( Independently handled entire function including audits) , SEZ/ SEEPZ Softex/ RBI compliances and other day to day accounting functions including Liasoning with banks, vendors, customers, staff and other outside agencies. I was also responsible for closure and audits of 6 overseas subsidiaries and 1 Indian parent company.
