• Take a multi-channel approach towards candidate sourcing (creative & social sourcing, online and offline events, job fairs, and direct sourcing)
• Developed, drove and executed comprehensive search strategies to recruit senior and niche candidates in limited candidate spaces and set timeline.
• Maintain contact network of qualified candidates.
• Developed networks to support passive recruiting efforts.
• Guides, mentor and counsel team members from Requisition discussions, to hand-holding in identifying suitable candidates
