ABOUT ME

Dear Colleagues,

This is Syed Majid Ali Gillani. I have been researching in the legal field along with my legal studies. I have attended various online legal projects and law moots sessions at my institute. Such adorable experiences have enhanced my legal competence within a short period of time.
My top priorities while researching or drafting my clients case are as follow:

1. Understand my clients legal issues clearly.

2. Grasping out the crux of legal material from my clients stated facts.

3. Observing all the aspects of evidence produced by the client, carefully in order to be sure that such evidence shall be used in our favor.

4. After that either I take facts as it is or manipulate the story in such a way that it seems fit in the given evidence.

5. For that, I observe all legal points i.e. statutes, case laws, juristic writings etc which can directly or indirectly favor our case. And then adjust the story in such a way that it gets fit within the clients given facts and my collected legal points.

6. Then, in the end I make it all simple for the judge to understand the stuff easily.

I have pointed out my approach to deal with cases in aforesaid points instead of mentioning my formal introduction. Because in the end, what can I do for my clients with my legal approach actually matters. So, showing up the approach can be the best way to attain your kind attention.
