ABOUT ME
Over the past year, I have been working as a freelance proofreader and editor apart from being a full time undergraduate student. I am currently in my final year pursuing a degree in English and I believe that English is my forte I am quick at picking up grammatical errors and misspellings in the things that I read. However, proofreading and editing isn’t just about catching spelling errors. Therefore, I have made sure to equip myself with the necessary skills on things like proper comma usage, subject-verb agreement, and standard proofreading marks. Recently, on the 23rd April 2020, I was contacted by a client who is a senior lecturer at a public university to proofread her report and I managed to finish the task in two days. During this pandemic situation, I really hope I could make use of the time with working on something that I am passionate about, which is translating, proofreading and editing.
