I am a freelance Counselling Psychologist. I have experience in working with adolescents and adults who have been facing Anger issues, Goal setting, Time management, Academic issue, Decision making and problem solving, Low self-esteem, Stress management, Unassertive behavior, Relationship issue, Personality development, Career planning and emotional disturbance. I am trained in conducting and creating content for group sessions and psychoeducation session. Therapies I work with clients are Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy, Behavior Therapy, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Person centered Therapy, Reality Therapy and Gestalt Therapy.
