I started working as a customer service representative of Airbnb in Teledirect Philippines, became Resolutions Case Manager to Resolutions Senior Case Manager, and got promoted as a Subject Matter Expert. You may call in other words, an Airbnb Expert! 

I believe all these details are important as all steps I have taken made me where I am now. In order to reach this position, you have to reach all the metrics that the company would ask. This includes Customer satisfaction, number of solved cases per day, and many more. This also means that you have to be the best among the best of all the specialists

Being an SME means you are the first line of support, the person that a specialist would turn on to when they need clarification with processes. As an SME, you are being trained to be a leader, a coach, and a role model. We are the first person to know the updates of the process and ensure that we familiarize ourselves with it the fastest we can. We ensure to be ready with changes at all times and always aim for the goal of the customer and clients satisfaction fairly.

I am flexible and fast learner. I adapt to changes easily and am always willing to take challenges. Once I have accepted a task, I make sure to get things done as soon as possible with the best possible service and result.
