ABOUT ME

Overall experience of 10+ years, primarily for more than 8 years focused in software testing. Worked in multinational corporations which allowed my exposure to various Clients/Vendors (NL, UK, France, Switzerland and DE) and working in changeable hierarchies and structures.
Areas of expertise include: ability to acquire new skills rapidly, skillful with working with distributed teams and of same or different function, adaptive & flexible with different management models and rapid changing market needs, strong communication skills while interfacing different management personnel, facing conditions of working under staffed and being able to deliver with good quality and a motivated team.

I‘m currently building up my profile in software automation testing field.

My last working experience was a Test Manager delivering projects using the agile, waterfall and hybrid methodologies, I have experience in team management, testing both software portals and mobile applications across different platforms in the telecommunication business domain such as e-commerce, self-care streams & cloud services among other telecom demands, also with previous experience in executing and testing web services using HP UFT and Soap UI tools.

Specialties include: Creating and Maintaining Test Plans & Schedules, capacity management, risk definition and mitigation, defining testing scope based on requirements analysis and understanding business need, ambiguity analysis to make sure requirements are clear, precise and hence testable, test case development, test case execution, Defects’ Tracking and Management, coaching & mentoring different testing members as juniors or seniors, project estimations, interviewing test resources, contributing in building up tailored delivery model processes to match special projects setup and delivery conditions.
