Just a quick background about me, I am a Bachelor or Arts in Communication graduate and have garnered more than two years of working experience as a Customer Care Representative including inbound call support, chat support and email support. I am well-verse in doing digital task.

I am doing remote work for three months now and I can say that I am perfectly fir for the nature of working from home. I undergo formal training for doing digital task and have supported a remote client as an audio transcriber and virtual assistant.

My recent Personality Test at Plum proves that I am highly empathetic and supportive of others.
