0Reviewing her work took us more time to go through all of the errors than it's worth. I've picked up on almost 42 typos/errors in 7 of the 17 pages of transcribed content even after the second review. Hope she will take this feedback as a milestone to improve on her skills to provide a high quality service to her clients.

4Grace was awesome. I gave her what ended up being a miserable job. Who knew an hour and a half worth of audio was more than 14000 words! Grace managed to get through it all and transcribe it in a day. 10/10, 100% 1 gold star, etc.
