ABOUT ME
• Basic commands of Linux and SQL Server • VPN server installation and configuration. • Configuring and troubleshooting desktops, laptops and servers • Excellent troubleshooting skills in complex software and hardware problems • Implementing and administration Active Directory services, replication, Trust Relationship and enforcing Domain wide Group Policies. • Remote Administration using terminal service, VNC, PCAnywhere and Dam ware • Configuring and troubleshooting Microsoft Outlook and Outlook express. • Terminal server installation configuration and Define the policies. • Biometric Attendance Machine installation and configuration according to our company requirements. Platforms: Windows XP/Vista/7/8/10/Server 2003, 2008, 2012 and Server 2016 Proficient in English and Urdu which would help me to engage in effective communications with all the people involved. • Providing System Administration support to a network more than 250 Nodes • Installing new Hardware and Software (Servers, Printers, Computer workstations, etc.) • Setting up user accounts, permissions and passwords over Domain Network (MS Server) • Managing ERP (SAP & BETEH), SQL based Server as well as arranging their backups • Overseeing security of all systems, especially the internet and installing antivirus for protection • Ensure all logs for equipment and users are maintained • new systems and Network devices to provide best support to end users • Day to day admin, monitoring of network use and arranging maintenance of Network • Setting up new users and disabling expired accounts in accordance with HR requirements • Managing Proxy Server installation and configuration (ISA Sever2006, Mikrotik Router, pfsence) • Installation and maintenance of surveillance (DVR, NVR & CCTV) and security equipment • Installing, supporting and maintaining new server hardware and software infrastructure. • Setting up Active Directory/email user accounts, permissions and passwords. • Monitoring network usage. • Analyzing and resolving faults, ranging from a major system crash to a forgotten password. • Providing training and technical support for users with varying levels of IT knowledge and competence. • Supervising other staff, such as help-desk technicians. • Working closely with other departments/organizations and collaborating with other IT staff. • To assist in managing Database storage of SAP B1 HANA for its effective usage • To assist in installation and configuration of SAP B1 at client Machines • To provide technical support to Network users and solve their day to day issues. • Install and support LAN network segments, Internet, and intranet systems. • Install and maintain network hardware and software. • Analyze and isolate issues. • Monitor networks to ensure security and availability to specific users. • Evaluate and modify system's performance. • Determine network and system requirements. • Maintain integrity of the server deployment, and security. • Ensure network connectivity throughout a company's LAN infrastructure is on par with technical considerations. • Assign configuration of authentication and authorization of directory services. • Maintain network facilities in individual machines, such as drivers and settings of personal computers as well as printers. • Maintain network servers such as Domain servers, file servers, Gateways, intrusion detection systems. • Administer servers, desktop computers, printers, switches, software deployment, security updates and patches.
