I am a professional Mechanical Engineer, having 3 years of professional experience in the Oil and Gas Field.
following are some features of my Experience and Skills.
Carried out work of QHSE SUPERVISOR for:
• Installation of Well Head Flow Line Instruments (FT, PT, TT, FCV, PCV, PSV, ESV etc.).
• Installation of Well Head Pipe Lines according to modification in piping plan and drawings.
• Preparation of site QA/QC Plan
• Facilitated HSE audits and implemented action plans for items that surfaced from the audit findings.
• Assisted project manager to make sure the progress at site following the new drawing revisions and project quality plan.
• Field testing and laboratory testing
• Carried out work of HSE Engineer. As a HSE Engineer carried out vigilant supervision of all work force carried out task risk assessment and prepared TRA (Task Risk Assessment) for critical jobs.
• Prepared check lists of all equipment and tools conducted GCM (Group Conduct Meeting) with work force on daily basis.
• Maintaining of Request for Information (RFI) Records
• Carried out work of H2S Trained and performed H2S Monitoring on work site.
• Preparation of Inspection Test Plan (ITP)
• Carried out work of Confined Space attendant for the jobs to be carried out in confined space.
• Conducting internal audit of QA/QC systems
• Carried out work of Permit Receiver.
• Non Conformance Report (NCR) investigation, closeout & improvement
• Prepared TRA (Task Risk Assessment) for critical job activities.
• Procurement Request for Quotation (RFQ) documentation review
• Responsible for all RFI's material & field work
• Checking all method statements from QA/QC point of view
