ABOUT ME
- System Installations, backups, maintenance and upgrades - Complete system support. - Network/system monitoring tools (Installations/Troubleshooting) - Network traffic monitoring and packet tracing using tools like tshark, wireshark. - Database administration/management of MySQL and Redis, extended skills that include master to master and master to slave replication on MySQL for data backup process and rsync for data synchronization. - Database backup/restore routine. - Server installation, development and management for Apache, MySQL, redis database, FTP etc. - Installation/Configurations of open-source tools - Planning/Deployment/Maintenance of servers in data centre. - Scripting on BASH, PHP and using them in monitoring, automation etc. - Installation/configuration/development on SMPP protocol and HTTP SMSC’s connections for SMS Gateways, record monitoring, runtime issue detection and solution. - SMPP SMSC / SMS gateways complete configuration setup. - Regular L2/L3 Support duties and resolving issues faced by clients - Answer, prioritize, and track support requests arriving over phone, and ticketing system - Coordination with the customers & vendor
